Parenting is hard work—and sometimes even small things (getting shoes on, handling “no,” or making transitions) can feel like a battle. This 7-session class is designed to help parents and kids (ages 4–6) learn practical emotional regulation and independence skills together in a fun, supportive environment.

Class Format
Each 60-minute session includes:
