Build calm, confidence, and connection in everyday moments

Parenting is hard work—and sometimes even small things (getting shoes on, handling “no,” or making transitions) can feel like a battle. This 7-session class is designed to help parents and kids (ages 4–6) learn practical emotional regulation and independence skills together in a fun, supportive environment.


What You’ll Learn

Each week we’ll focus on one skill through short lessons, parent-child activities, and take-home tools you can use right away.

Class Format

Each 60-minute session includes:

✨ A kid-friendly story or activity to introduce the skill
✨ Parent-child practice time
✨ Take-home resources for ongoing support
